ICLEI Oceania’s climate work with local governments 2009 - 2010 will continue through the Cities for Climate Protection (CCP) Partners Program.

This program will provide high level political and management support and will ensure that the experience, practical case studies, assistance materials and national and international linkages developed over a decade will be built upon.

Australian local governments through CCP have gained an international reputation for the solid, systematic and innovative work that they have done over this period of time.
